This smoothie is very creamy and packed with nutrition.
Besides fighting inflammation, turmeric also improves digestion, detoxifies the liver and boosts the immune system.
– 2 cups mango
– ½ tsp turmeric
– 1 ½ cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– 1 – 2 tsp chia seeds, flax seeds (flax gives it a nutty flavor) or coconut oil
– Fresh ginger (1-2 inches)
Blend all the ingredients together on a high speed blender.
