Creamy Fig Smoothie
This original recipe bursts with sweetness and flavor! It’s kid friendly and rich in potassium and magnesium.
Ingredients:
1 cup organic soy milk or any nut milk
1 – 2 dried figs
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon oats
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
Blend all the ingredients until creamy and smooth.
Tip: To make it easier to clean your blender, fill it with water and blend for a few seconds, then just rinse it well.
