3 Simple Tips Lose Weight

By admin Leave a Comment Sep 17 1

Today I want to share with you 3 simple tips to lose weight. Losing weight can be pleasurable and I will teach you how. This has worked for me and for many other people.

Tip 1: Smoothies!

Smoothies are filling and delicious. People who drink them in the morning tend to feel full during the day. Click here to watch some easy recipes.
I love adding cacao to my smoothies because its reach in magnesium and antioxidants.

Tip 2: Don’t Deprive Yourself

If you are hungry, eat. Let yourself have the food you are craving, at least twice a week. When you deprive yourself, the cravings become more intense. Find a balance.

Tip 3: Feed Your Heart

Find nourishment in a different way: through good relationships and through doing what makes you feel good.  I used to crave ice cream when I needed love. My craving for ice cream disappeared many times after someone was kind with me or gave me a hug. This is probably the most important tip.

Hope you find this tips valuable. I coach my clients to nourish their life and have a peaceful relationship with food. You can learn more about what I do here.

Chocolate Party!

By admin Leave a Comment Jul 14 2

chocolat

Chocolate cravings can have different meanings; one of them is that your body needs magnesium! Magnesium is good for our heart and helps our muscles relax. Most people have a magnesium deficiency, so make sure to add magnesium to your diet.

Another reason why we crave chocolate is because we need love; chocolate is metabolized to serotonin, a hormone that boosts our mood  in those cases it might be better to go for a walk, water your plants, spend time with a friend. Hope you enjoy it and may all beings be happy and have access to nourishing foods.

This recipe is delicious. I hope you enjoy it!

– 2 bananas (use one frozen)

– 2 to 3 tbsp organic raw cacao

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

– pinch of turmeric (optional)

– 1 tbsp chaga mushroom powder (optional)

– 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup almond milk

– 1/4 avocado

– sweetener of your choice

– protein powder (optional)
